With a number of provinces enacting prompt payment legislation – Alberta being the most recent – and a number of other provinces working on similar legislation including the federal government, we are very pleased to offer a webinar for SAC members on this topic.

Offered in partnership with Gowling WLG, this session will provide an overview of prompt payment legislation from east to west and will highlight in each instance how the current legislation impacts sureties and their clients.

This webinar will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. (EST). It will be held in English only and will be recorded. Note that there is no charge to attend, however, it is open to employees of SAC member firms only.
