On the occasion of International Women's Day (IWD), the Surety Association of Canada proudly celebrates the strength, resilience, and achievements of women in our industry, our communities, and around the world.
Observed annually on March 8, IWD is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It also serves as a powerful call to action — an opportunity to recognize the progress made toward gender equality while acknowledging the important work that still lies ahead.
To mark this occasion, members of the Surety Association of Canada’s Women in Surety Committee are organizing events open to all members. Through these initiatives, we aim to foster meaningful dialogue, highlight the contributions of women in surety, and strengthen our collective commitment to inclusion, equity, and opportunity across our industry.
